What we do with what you send.

Last updated 28 August 2026.

Who we are

Veinss (“we”, “us”) is a software studio operated by Farhan Shaikh. We are 100% remote. We do not have an office or a phone number. Contact: hello@veinss.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: name, email address, company (optional), the service you selected, and your project details. We also receive technical metadata the request carries (time, and a coarse network address used to discourage abuse).

If you email us directly, we collect whatever you send and the address you send it from.

This site does not use advertising cookies, does not run a marketing pixel, and does not sell or rent your information.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, scope work, and — if we both agree — to perform a contract for software services. That is a legitimate interest and, where it applies, a step toward a contract.

How long we keep it

Inquiries we do not take forward are kept only as long as needed to finish the conversation and for a short record of what was discussed (typically up to 24 months), then deleted. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and as long as we must for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Who sees it

Farhan Shaikh. Hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions (for example the host of this website, and an email delivery service if one is connected). We do not share inquiries with a lead marketplace.

Your choices

Email hello@veinss.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will say if a legal duty stops us from deleting something.

Children

This site is for business inquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
