A studio of one, on purpose.

Veinss is a software studio with one person at the keyboard. The work is to own the product, write the code, ship it, and stay for the parts that are not a launch.

This is not a bench with a logo wall. You will not get a junior on your project while someone else “oversees.” If we take the work, the same person designs it, builds it, and answers when it breaks.

How the studio works

Small on purpose. Accountable on purpose.

  • One owner

Scope, architecture, UI, and production are the same conversation. You are not passed between a PM, a designer, and three contractors.

  • Remote, on purpose

No office, no commute theater. We work async with overlap when it helps. Written decisions. A reply within one business day — not a status meeting to schedule the status meeting.

  • Sized to ship

Engagements are projects and retainers, not staff-aug headcount. If you need a twelve-person squad, we will tell you that — and that we are not it.

How we actually work

Not poster values.

  1. 01

The person you talk to writes the code

The studio is not a front for a bench. If the repo is ours, the commits are from the people named on the engagement — with you, not behind a curtain.

  2. 02

    Cut until it ships

The first version does one job well. Extra features are a later argument, not a week-one promise.

  3. 03

    Leave it explainable

You should be able to hire someone else later and not start from folklore. Clear models, boring patterns, notes in the places that hurt.

  4. 04

    Say the quiet part

If a rewrite is vanity, we will say so. If a deadline is fantasy, we will say so. You do not pay for agreeable silence.

If you want that kind of partner, write.

A short note is enough. Farhan Shaikh replies within one business day.
